Loyalty Lab Consulting is de zusterorganisatie van Loyalty Lab. Loyalty Lab B.V. is opgericht in 2002 en heeft zich ontwikkeld tot een succesvolle loyalty marketing service provider. Loyalty Lab heeft vestigingen in Nederland (Amsterdam), Duitsland (Kerpen) en België (Brussel). Loyalty Lab won in 2006 de Gartner CRM Excellence Award EMEA met het Alliance Loyaliteitsprogramma van Essilor.
